National Dinner visit to SMD and Firth Steels

As part of the programme of events being offered to members during the day of the National Dinner, SMD have kindly offered to host lunch and a tour of their manufacturing facilities.

The 3 hour visit will include:

• Arrive at the facility for a 1.00pm start, with a light lunch to be provided
• A brief introduction and overview of SMD and Firth Steels
• Factory tour
• Time for Q&As and conclude the visit 3.00pm – 3.30pm

The deadline for booking is May 29th 2026

The only PPE requirements is a high-viz, which will be provided.
 There are car parking spaces on site – a map with directions indicating the car parking will be provided to those who register to attend post booking deadline.
